Cost Effective & Secure Document Shredding

Mobile On-Site Shredding Services for Businesses

Free Estimates - Free Containers

We offer a free analysis of your business to determine your specific shredding needs and the best solution for you. We also provide free locked and slotted security containers, which range from small office consoles to our 167-gallon bin, for secure on-site document collection.

Convenient & Secure

Some clients prefer this method of shredding because it can be more convenient than off-site shredding, because it enables clients to witness the destruction of their documents and media without leaving the site of their facility. We can also perform bulk pick-up of boxed material at your facility or an off-site storage location.

Cost Effective

For on-site shredding, we come to your location with our shredding truck and perform our secure destruction services there. In the case of regularly scheduled on-site shredding, we will have provided you with complimentary locked security containers beforehand that you'll keep in the office and deposit documents into whenever needed. You never need to remove paper clips, staples, binders or fasteners from your documents or sort paper. When we arrive at your facility at the scheduled time, our uniformed and screened employees will collect the containers and bring them to the shredding truck for immediate destruction of your documents.

Annual / Occasional Purges

For one-time or occasional document and media destruction, we will provide you with the locked containers when we arrive. You can fill them with your materials, or our employees can fill them for you. Then our employees will roll the containers to the shredding truck for secure destruction.

Certificate of Destruction

Whether you choose regularly scheduled or one-time shredding, an official certificate of destruction will be provided at the end of the process. You are also welcome to witness the shredding in person. All shredded documents will be bailed and shipped to paper mills for recycling into new products.
