Orange County's premier document destruction and paper recycling company and member of the National Association of Information Destruction (NAID). Since 1981 we have been securely shredding sensitive and confidential documents and recycling paper products for clients all over Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. Our excellent customer service, money saving recycling programs, secure and reliable document destruction services and competitive, affordable rates have earned us thousands of satisfied clients in a number of different industries.
We can create a customized destruction and/or paper recycling program that suits your company's specific needs. We offer on-site and off-site document destruction services on a regularly scheduled or one-time basis, and we can handle any size job, large or small. You can rely on the expertise and professionalism of our trained data destruction specialists, who undergo extensive background checks before they are hired. Your documents will be kept secure throughout the collection and destruction process, and you will receive a certificate of destruction upon completion.
We also offer competitively priced hard drive destruction services to render your data 100% unrecoverable. We use state-of-the-art shredding technology to shred internal and external hard drives in just 3 seconds. Orange County customers are welcome to come to our shredding facility or have our mobile shred trucks go out to them. As with all of our destruction services, we will issue you a Certificate of Destruction with your hard drive’s unique barcard or serial number on it to prove that you are in compliance with all relevant privacy laws.
Our paper recycling program can help save you money by lowering waste disposal costs and, in the case of large paper generators, earning you rebates for your recycled paper. We have extensive experience working with printers, banks, hospitals, government agencies and more, recycling their paper waste, saving them time and money and helping reduce their environmental impact.
As members of NAID we are fully compliant with HIPAA, FACTA, The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, California State Law AB 939 and all other legislation pertaining to secure document destruction. We are fully insured and bonded by the State of California.
