The Paper Depot specializes in the collection, transportation  and destruction of confidential material.  Your documents are  secured in locked containers from the time  they are picked up at  your location and brought to our facility.  The material is then emptied into our shredder by a mechanical arm within 24 hours.  Your confidential material is not handled by our employees. 

·        Bonded and fully insured by the State of California. Employees go though background checks and we perform random drug testing.

·        24 hour motion activated video recording in a secured shredding area.

·        Ensure all our clients are in compliance with HIPPA, FACTA  & California State Law AB 939

·        Provide “Certificates of Destruction”.

·        Observe the destruction of your material upon request.

·        Destroy media products such as CD's, mag tapes, x-rays, ID cards etc. 

·        Offer reduced rates when material is delivered. 

To keep our rates down we accept cash and checks only.
